Copy & Paste like a PRO

Unclutter Clipboard offers 3 modes to manage the copied data efficiently

Unclutter Clipboard - History
CLIPBOARD HISTORY
Keeps track of everything you copy on your Mac and stacks it up here, with the newest clips on top.

Each clip shows a quick preview and the app it was copied from.

Set Clipboard History to keep your 10, 25, or 50 most recent clips — safely retained even when you quit Unclutter or restart your Mac.

Click any clip to put it back on the system clipboard.
Unclutter Clipboard - Content
CLIPBOARD CONTENT
Shows what’s currently on your clipboard — in other words, what you’re about to paste.

When you select a clip from Clipboard History, Unclutter puts its data on the system clipboard (ready to paste) and shows its full content here.

Text clips can also be edited right in place. Just click the text and make your changes, then press ESC or click anywhere outside to finish editing and update the clipboard.
Unclutter Clipboard - Favorites
CLIPBOARD FAVORITES
A dedicated list for clips you use often or want to save for later.

Click an item’s star in Clipboard History to favorite the clip. To remove it, click its large star in the Favorites list.

Recalling a favorite clip works the same way: click any item to put it on the system clipboard.

Unlike the History list, Favorites stores your clips permanently — new data won’t push the old items out.

Your sensitive data is safe

Unclutter Clipboard - Sensitive Data
If copied data is identified as sensitive, Unclutter conceals its content for security reasons. The clip is never saved to disk and disappears after you quit Unclutter.

Unclutter has built-in support for 1Password and should work with other modern password managers as well. You can also add apps manually to the Sensitive Data list in Unclutter Settings. Anything copied from these apps will be treated as sensitive or ignored completely.
